Promotional prices, discounts and bundle offers are made at our discretion and may be withdrawn at any time. If you placed an order at a promotional price, that price applies only to that specific order and does not entitle you to the same price on future purchases.

8. Refund Policy Reference

Nothing in this Section, or anywhere else in these Terms, limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law — including (where applicable) liability for gross negligence or wilful misconduct on our part, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, the Website or the Products, are governed by the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Note that for purchases processed by Digistore24 as merchant of record (see Section 5), Digistore24's own jurisdiction and dispute-resolution clauses apply to the underlying sale transaction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] with a description of your concern and what resolution you are seeking, and to give us a reasonable opportunity (at least 30 days) to address it informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that the courts of Dubai, IFZA, United Arab Emirates will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction give you a non-waivable right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

21. Electronic Communications and Contracting

By using the Website or purchasing a Product, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including emails, in-product notifications and notices posted on the Website. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

22. Miscellaneous Provisions

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any policies referenced on the order page (such as Digistore24's terms where applicable), constitute the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the Website and the Products, and supersede any prior agreements.
